Residents and advocacy organizations typically look to federal and state governments for climate solutions. However, this frequently leads to local legislation, initiatives and programs flying under the radar of local residents. Local governments have the power to shape our community’s schools, housing, medical, transportation services, and so much more that molds our daily lives.

C3 works closely with local governments in Virginia, placing climate solutions directly in the hands of those with the most power to take immediate action. It is critical that our local decision-makers hear our collective voices when developing solutions to shape a more sustainable future for our communities. Let’s make our local leaders champions of climate action together!
