Green Schools Network Meeting (April)
Come join our Green Schools Network so that we can help schools, administrators, teachers, and young people become aware and active on local climate solutions
The events listed here are C3-led events or community-led events in Central VA (free and ticketed) where we will be in attendance — either presenting, tabling, or hosting. We hope to see you there!
In case you missed one of our webinars, check out the recordings here.

C3’s Green Schools Network is a group of like-minded public and private school teachers, administrators, support staff, and parent volunteers who meet around 6 times a school year. The primary focus is to support each others’ school-wide efforts to reduce GHG emissions with tangible tools and resources from the group and our Commercial Program Manager. We also support in-classroom activities (teacher or student led) in conjunction with our Residential Climate and Equity Program Manager.

In the past we’ve toured STAB’s solar installation, shared Better Business Challenge participant insider knowledge (three of our schools have won awards!), and deployed Climate Action Kits to City and County Schools.
Bottom line we love collaborating with leaders and youth on climate! So come join us!
We meet the fourth Wed of the month Sept-May (skipping Dec, Jan, and May). Though November we chose the 17th to avoid Thanksgiving week.
