Climate Justice Fellow
C3 is currently seeking a new fellow to work closely with one of C3’s Climate Justice Policy Managers supporting an ongoing energy burden research project in Richmond, Virginia. The project will involve analyzing and mapping energy burden disparities, gaining feedback and insight from community members, and publishing C3’s findings.
The fellow and the Climate Justice Policy Manager will work together to organize and facilitate workshops and focus groups to hear from local residents and organizations, as well as consolidate quantitative and qualitative research into a final report. The purpose of this project is to find opportunities to mitigate energy burden in Richmond and formulate targeted advocacy and policy solutions to improve the quality of life for residents.

Spring 2025 Paid Teen Internships
C3’s Community Engagement Manager is looking for students who want to take part in the workings of a local climate nonprofit. We are seeking high school students for a Spring 2025 paid internship to begin the week of February 3rd and end May 16th.
The intern will learn and complete activities in the following areas: Development, Communications,
Policy, and Corporate Sustainability. We will help:
Translate the overwhelming problem of climate change into measurable, tangible concepts around climate and energy, allowing youth to identify and understand solutions.
Empower youth to identify skills with which they can take action for climate solutions.
Practice persuasive communication skills while learning
Current 10th and 11th graders are encouraged to apply.
